Manatan
The official Manatan community for learning languages through anime, manga, novels, games, and more. Get help, share your immersion and sentence-mining setups, find your next story, and keep up with the latest Manatan updates.
About
Manatan brings together language learners who want to spend more time enjoying stories and less time wrestling with their study setup.
Get help looking up words, mining sentences, making flashcards, and using screen lookup with your favorite games and apps. Compare setups, share what you’re reading or watching, and learn how other members fit immersion into their day.
This is also the place to follow Manatan development, suggest improvements, and report bugs. Whether you’re setting up your first dictionary or refining a workflow you’ve used for years, you’re welcome here.
